When I'm not in the lab, you can often find me exploring the outdoors with my camera. Whenever I get the chance, I find my study species in the field and spend time understanding how they behave, interact with their landscape, and otherwise live their lives - as a ecologist that uses lab-based techniques, I believe this is an important part of getting to know the systems I work in. |
