I use molecular techniques to study wildlife populations with the goal of informing conservation and management. I investigate evolutionary and ecological processes underlying the relationships between spatiotemporal patterns of genomic variation and behavior, demographics, landscape characteristics, disease, and more.
I am currently a postdoctoral scholar in the Genomic Variation Lab at UC Davis working on conservation genetics for the endangered Delta smelt.
I earned my PhD in Ecology from the University of Wyoming in the Wildlife Genomics and Disease Ecology Lab working on Wyoming ungulate population genomics and disease ecology.
